Boy found naked with neck tore open after he was savagely mauled by his family’s pit bull in East Harlem.

“I took him from being an abused dog to being a house dog,” said the pit bull’s owner, Justin Sostre, 18, who plans to have the animal euthanized.
“He just snapped.”
